At a supermarket on the Larenseweg in Bathmen, the shopping carts are disinfected at the entrance of the shop. But that’s not easy with a cleaning cloth. The cars are driven through a mini-car wash, so that every customer gets their hands on a clean shopping cart.
At the entrance to the supermarket, an employee stands to give each customer who arrives a clean and disinfected shopping cart. After shopping, the cart must be returned to the entrance and the whole process starts from scratch.
Customers who want to enter the store must bring a trolley.
